Below you will find the most common answers to your questions that will help you in your situation

You can return or exchange goods that do not suit you without giving a reason within 14 days from the day you received the shipment from us. The product must be unworn, in the original packaging and with the original tags. Detailed information can be found HERE

- in the case of returning the goods to the package together with the goods, please attach the Withdrawal from contract form and proof of purchase. Carefully check the account number in the form of IBAN, where the money will be returned. Then send the package to the address indicated in point 2.

- in case of exchange of goods, we recommend creating a new e-shop order for the goods for which you are interested in exchanging the purchased product. These goods must be at the minimum value of the returned goods.  Choose cash on delivery as the payment method. In this case, we will not charge you the 1 EURO cash on delivery fee. If you chose a more expensive product, you will pay the difference in price and the shipping costs for resending the order by cash on delivery upon collection.

- after an unsuccessful attempt to pay by card online, you will receive an automatically generated e-mail with a link to return to the payment gateway, which is valid for 24 hours. In this way, you can easily repeat the payment.

- after the expiration of the link, we will contact you by phone or e-mail regarding the other two payment options, which are payment by transfer or cash on delivery.

- please check the correctness of your e-mail address in your customer account

- check your spam folder

- take a look at the size charts of individual manufacturers
