1. The ordered goods did not suit me / what are the possibilities?

You can return or exchange the goods that do not suit you within 14 days from the day you received the shipment from us without giving a reason. The product must be worn, in the original packaging and with the original tags. Detailed info can be found here: https://norwayshop.sk/gb/content/11-exchange-and-return-of-goods

- In case of returning the goods to the package together with the goods, please attach the Withdrawal form and proof of purchase. Carefully check the account number in the form of IBAN, where the money will be returned. Then send the package to the address given in point 2.

- In the case of exchanging goods, we recommend creating a new e-shop order for goods for which you will be interested in exchanging the purchased product. These goods must be at the minimum value of the returned goods. Choose cash on delivery as the payment method. In this case, we will not charge you the 1EURO cash-on-delivery fee. If you have chosen a more expensive product, you will pay the difference in price and shipping costs for resending the order by cash on delivery.

3. I haven't received my card payment - what are the options?

- After an unsuccessful online payment attempt, you will receive an automatically generated email with a link to return to the payment gateway, which is valid for 24 hours. This way, you can easily retry your payment.

- After the link expires, we will contact you by phone or email regarding the other two payment options, bank transfer or cash on delivery.

4. I didn't receive a confirmation email

- please check that your email address is correct in your customer account

- check your junk mail folder

5.  What size should I choose?

- contact our infoline staff by phone, who will find out the current availability in the store within a few minutes.

8.  What should I do if I want to change or cancel my order?

- contact the e-shop staff by phone or e-mail, who will help you with the most frequent changes to orders, such as:

- change of billing/delivery address

- change of delivery method or change of payment method

- add/remove products to/from the order

- merging orders
