Do any of the products not suit you? It doesn't matter. Simply exchange or return it.

Return of goods

According to the law, the customer must, on the basis of Act no. 102/2014 Coll. on consumer protection when selling goods or providing services on the basis of a contract concluded at a distance or a contract concluded outside the seller's premises and on the amendment of certain laws (hereinafter referred to as "the Law") according to the provisions of § 7 et seq. the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods.

The consumer's right to return goods does not apply to orders with personal pickup at the store. In the case of personal collection with payment upon receipt of the goods, a contract concluded at a distance does not arise, therefore the seller is not obliged to accept the return of the goods.

PROCEDURE FOR RETURNING GOODS:

1. Address for sending goods: Active Point s.r.o., Tatranská Lomnica 14101, 05960 Vysoké Tatry, Slovakia
2. Goods must be sent unworn in original packaging with original labels and undamaged, including gift items
3. Attach the proof of purchase (invoice) and a completed form for withdrawal from the purchase contract to the goods. If you do not have the opportunity to print the form, we also accept a handwritten form.
4. We ask you to carefully check the filled-in data, especially the account number for the refund of the amount for the returned goods.
5. You will be informed about the receipt of the package by email and the amount for the returned goods will be sent to your account within 14 days of receiving the shipment.
6. The method of transport for returning goods is optional.

A customer who placed an order through our e-shop has the opportunity to exchange the goods within 14 calendar days from the day of receiving the goods.

PROCEDURE FOR EXCHANGE OF GOODS:

1. Goods can only be exchanged for a minimum or higher value than the original order.
2. When exchanging goods, check the availability of the goods on our website and create a new order for them.
3. Choose payment cash on delivery (since you have already paid for the goods once)
4. Send the goods to our address Active Point s. r. o., Tatranská Lomnica 14101, 05960 Vysoké Tatry

5. Goods must be sent unworn in original packaging with original labels and undamaged, including gift items
6. A completed exchange form must be attached to the goods. If you do not have the opportunity to print the form, we also accept a handwritten form.

7. When exchanging goods, postage is charged for resending the goods.
8. We will inform you by e-mail about the dispatch of the exchanged goods.
