We send your orders to all countries within the EU via the courier company Packeta.
The company DPD will deliver the goods to you quickly and reliably anywhere in Slovakia - to your home or to your workplace. The package will be delivered to you the next day after we ship it from the warehouse. Delivery takes place on weekdays between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. You will be informed in advance about the delivery of the shipment via SMS message or e-mail.
- The recipient has the option to pay cash on delivery with a payment card.
- If the courier does not reach the recipient at home, he will receive an electronic notification of 1 attempt to deliver the package.
- The recipient has the option to change the date or address of the next delivery via mydpd or DPD customer service at dpd@dpd.sk
- The recipient has the opportunity to monitor the status and possible redirection of the shipment on the Internet.
Don't want to wait for the courier? Pick up your shipment at one of our drop-off locations. Choose what you have on hand and pop over here for the shipment when you have time. You can choose from thousands of delivery points, including Z-BOXes. You will be informed about the movements of the shipment and the delivery of the package online or in the application. Payment at the point of sale in cash or by card.

Delivery to Z-BOX
Z-BOX is a self-service delivery point that is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Here you can pick up the shipment contactlessly, even in the middle of the night. You can open the Z-BOX using the Packeta mobile application, but in some cases the application is not necessary. Z-BOXes are gradually equipped with a push-button keyboard, where you simply type in the PIN code.
