The company DPD will deliver the goods to you quickly and reliably anywhere in Slovakia - to your home or to your workplace. The package will be delivered to you the next day after we ship it from the warehouse. Delivery takes place on weekdays between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. You will be informed in advance about the delivery of the shipment via SMS message or e-mail.
- The recipient has the option to pay cash on delivery with a payment card.
- If the courier does not reach the recipient at home, he will receive an electronic notification of 1 attempt to deliver the package.
- The recipient has the option to change the date or address of the next delivery via mydpd or DPD customer service at dpd@dpd.sk
- The recipient has the opportunity to monitor the status and possible redirection of the shipment on the Internet.
